These exclusive, high-quality Key-Ready Luxury Bodrum Yalikavak Villas are situated close to the famous marina near Bodrum. This project was built on a specially designed private peninsula.

There are total of 75 key-ready luxury homes designed and constructed by one of the largest companies in Turkey. The firm pioneered the project in partnership with famous South African architects SAOTA who specialise in sophisticated modern villas.

Each has its own own style and specifications, although common features include private swimming pools, underfloor heating and cooling systems.

This gated development also benefits from a fitness suite and yoga decks by the sea. There is also a communal swimming pool, a restaurant and a private beach.

Design principles

SAOTA designed three villa types and ten different variations – each home carefully and individually situated to ensure as much privacy as possible and to make the most of its location.

Even the geographical features of the island have been considered. The villas all enjoy superb panoramic views of the Aegean without spoiling the natural beauty of the location.

Open Terrace Villas

Each comes with a private swimming pool and sun terrace and with open-plan living spaces with views over the sea. There are three bedrooms including a master suite offering access to a separate terrace with a whirlpool bath – as well as a separate room designed as staff quarters.

• The Type A homes have three storeys and offering 5,177 sq ft (481 sqm) of living space.
• Type B homes also have three storeys and offering 5,490 sq ft (510 sqm) of living space.
• The Type C villas have two storeys and offering 5,048 sq ft (469 sqm) of living space.

Courtyard Villas

Each has a private swimming pool in a sheltered courtyard setting and includes open-plan living areas with shaded terraces offering views of the Aegean. The villas have four bedrooms as well as a separate room designed as staff quarters.

• The Type A villas have three storeys and 5,791 sq ft (538 sqm) of living space.
• Type B homes have three storeys and 5,780 sq ft (537 sqm) of living space.
• The Type C courtyard villas have two storeys and 6,243 sq ft (580 sqm) of living space.
• Type D homes have two storeys and 5,877 sq ft (546 sqm) of living space.
• The Type E courtyard villas have two storeys and 6,243 sq ft (580 sqm) of living space.
