1 - Guaranteed Annual Income with a yield of 3% of the Property Purchase Value, for the first 6 years;
2 - The hotel operator will be responsible for providing the real estate and rental package. All costs inherent to property insurance, condominium costs, operating and maintenance charges are also covered during the term of the lease agreement;
3 - The owner may use his property for 2 weeks per year in High Season and up to 8 weeks in Low Season;
4 - All properties are sold as full ownership. The owner may sell the fraction during the term of the contract
