A must see! This Detached Villa Near Calis Beach is great value for money. The spacious detached villa in Calis offers you a haven of peace and quiet whilst also being just a few minutes away from the beach and a 10 minutes drive from Fethiye. Additionally, you can walk or cycle to many different places with ease, or you could use the public transport link. The entrance to the villa is closed-in which has created a porch area which makes it a secure place for your bicycles coats and shoes. Going in the front door there is a full size bathroom on the left and just passed there are the stairs which have a storage cupboard underneath.

Going up to the first floor you will find 3 double bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is en-suite and the others use a separate family bathroom. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and 2 of them enjoy large balconies that look out over the pool area.
The top floor sometimes call the attic floor has a large storage cupboard on the landing and then as you enter the room you will see that there is room for 2 beds. Additionally, this room is en-suite and there are several storage areas as well. This room could be made into 2 bedrooms with ease.
Outside you have a large wrap around balcony that gives you 2 shaded areas. One area has a stone built BBQ, dining table and chairs and the other is a comfortable seating area. The garden is pebbled all around and has mature palm, lemon and orange trees literally giving you a zest for a new lifestyle. Additionally, there is a large off-road gated parking area.
Going through the gate from your property you can enjoy the communal pool. There is also a children\'s pool. The pool terraces have enough room for you to put your sunbeds and a parasol. Some of the other villas around you have used their extra garden space to have private pools installed, this would be easy to do in your garden as well.
Additionally, the villa has air-conditioning throughout and there is also a central heating system in place, you will just need your radiators installed and connected up. Another feature is that there is LED lighting installed throughout the villa too.
Calis is situated north-west of Fethiye town centre and just 45 km from Dalaman Airport.Popular with foreign nationals, the community enjoys access to a long beach famous for its sunsets. Activities include windsurfing and kiteboarding, while the beach is also renowned as a nesting site for sea turtles.
Average temperatures in July and August are around 32 °C, while winter temperatures rarely drop below 10 °C.
The community has its own Sunday market, doctors’ surgeries, bakeries, chemists, supermarkets, numerous shops, and a popular seaside promenade lined with bars and restaurants.The state hospital is nearby, while regular bus services connect the community with Fethiye. There is also a watertaxi to Fethiye in the summer when boat tours are also available to the local islands and bays.
