Basement: This is a very large area, it is all open and has its own kitchen, it would make a superb area for games or even a cinema room.

Ground Floor: The entrance is at the side of the house on this floor. There is a w.c. and an open-plan living area that consists of the kitchen, sitting and dining areas. There is access to the terrace from this area as well.

First Floor: This floor has 3 bedrooms of which one has its own en-suite and balcony. The other 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Second Floor: Sometimes called the Attic Floor, there are a further 2 bedrooms on this floor with a shared family sized bathroom

About Uzumlu

Uzumlu is a small, traditional village a 15-minute drive from Fethiye in south-west Turkey.

The community is known for its stone houses and narrow winding streets, its also where life is centred around the old village square. The locals often gather for a chat over a glass of tea and a game of backgammon.

The village centre also offers a selection of shops, restaurants and bars and hosts a weekly market selling fresh fruit and vegetables – many picked in local fields.

A little off the beaten track, the village is also surrounded by forested mountains. However, it’s still within easy reach of some of south-west Turkey’s best-known tourist attractions.

For example, the famous beach resort at Oludeniz, the marinas at Gocek, and the popular and picturesque town of Dalyan are all nearby.
