This Spacious Mountain View Villa is in Uzumlu. The large detached villa is surrounded by beautiful views and is ready to move in to. This villa has good rental potential as it has a 3-bedroom apartment in the basement as well. Due to the location you would need some form of transport as it is around 5 minutes drive away from Uzumlu centre. In the centre you will find mini-markets where you can get all your daily essentials. Additionally, there are some bars and cafés. If you want to travel further a field you can also catch the dolmus, public transport from the village centre. Fethiye is around 20 mins drive as is the beach.

Going up to the top floor there are a further 3 rooms. At the moment they are laid out as a double and 2 twin rooms, and they share a family bathroom. One of the twin bedrooms has access to a balcony.
Outside the villa is surrounded by stone built walls and a secure gate. You also have a closed garage for your car. The villa is elevated and as you look down from the front terrace of the villa there is a very large paved area and then 3 other pebbled terraces going down. Uzumlu is located 16km from Fethiye and is known locally for its annual festivals celebrating mushrooms and wine.
Indeed, you can find grapevines entwined around many of the properties around Uzumlu. As a result, many refer to the area as Turkey’s Tuscany.
A little off the beaten track, the village is surrounded by forested mountains. However, it’s still within easy reach of some of south-west Turkey’s best-known tourist attractions.
For example, the famous beach resort at Oludeniz, the marinas at Gocek, and the popular and picturesque town of Dalyan are all nearby.
