This Key Ready Villa With Great Views is located in Uzumlu, about 5 minutes away from the centre by car. The village offers a variety of amenities, including bars, cafés, and restaurants. Furthermore, there are a few local markets where you can purchase everyday items. In addition, Fethiye and Calis Beach are approximately a twenty-minute drive away. Also easily accessible is Dalaman Airport.
Entering the villa leads to the hall, where the guest bathroom and understairs storage are. On this floor, you spend most of your time, which is why the current owners extended it so they could enjoy a large open-plan living area. This floor was completely renovated two years ago.
Spot lights, large glass patio doors, and a wood burner have been installed. You can access the back garden from the kitchen door or the glassed balcony from the living area patio door. The glassed balcony offers you a shady, relaxing area on a hot summer day and a nice place to enjoy the view while it is raining in the winter.
Continuing to the second floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and a communal bathroom. One of these bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, and they all have their own balconies. The rooms are quite spacious and allow in plenty of sunlight. One of the rooms has an electrical infrared sauna (negotiable), which is very cool and economical to run.
Moving to the top floor, you will find two more bedrooms that are currently used as storage and a shared bathroom. As well as a balcony with a great view and two extra storage areas.
There is enough space for 4 sunbeds around the private pool. As well as the BBQ, a dining table next to it, and a sunny sitting area.
There is a small shaded area in the back garden where you can keep your pets if you are a pet owner; it also has some orange and limon trees.
The property has 2 access points: one from the top road, where the open parking place is, and one from the bottom road, where the private closed garage is.
Uzumlu is a small, traditional village a 15-minute drive from Fethiye in south-west Turkey.
The community is known for its stone houses and narrow winding streets, its also where life is centred around the old village square. The locals often gather for a chat over a glass of tea and a game of backgammon.
The village centre also offers a selection of shops, restaurants and bars and hosts a weekly market selling fresh fruit and vegetables – many picked in local fields.
A little off the beaten track, the village is also surrounded by forested mountains. However, it’s still within easy reach of some of south-west Turkey’s best-known tourist attractions.
For example, the famous beach resort at Oludeniz, the marinas at Gocek, and the popular and picturesque town of Dalyan are all nearby.
