Club Patara Villas are situated in a self-sufficient small town which is alive for 12 months of the year. It also enjoys having Kalkan town centre within walking distance of its gates. In fact its just 800m away.
Day and night in Kalkan can be either exciting or relaxing, whichever you choose. There are also plenty of daytime activities from sunbathing on beaches to the archaeological sites of ancient Lycia or meeting nomads high in the Taurus Mountains. Club Patara, is a honeycomb of 250 villas and a 60-room hotel nestled on a hillside across the bay from the village. Round the corner lies gorgeous Kaputaş Beach, a lovely, sandy swimming cove nestled at the foot of a striking mountain gorge. The water is always a brilliant turquoise blue. Umbrellas can be hired here. Kaputas beach is just 5 km away from Club Patara.

This furnished seafront villa has a 265m2 living space which is made up of 2 annexes that consists of a main villa and a garden studio villa. This layout is ideal for families and for couples with children.
As you go through the entrance door you immediately enter into a small reception area with a staircase to the right, this leads up to the bedrooms. To the left in the corner there is a lovely fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the kitchen also has plenty of storage and work tops and a door that leads to the outside areas.
From the reception room there is a doorway that leads out onto a terrace here you can enjoy breakfast whilst looking out over the amazing panoramic view. There is a well-maintained fireplace in the living room, this will be cosy in the cooler months of the year.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 in the main annexe and 1 in the garden annexe. The rooms are all of a good-size, and all have their own en-suite bathrooms. They also all enjoy the views over the bay and out to sea.
Outside there is a private pool and plenty of space for entertaining friends and family. There are different seating areas and a terrace near the pool where you can put sun loungers and parasols. You will also find a small grassed area near the pool.
The villa will be sold fully furnished. It also enjoys air-conditioning throughout the property and there is parking available outside the complex should you need it.
Seafront Villa
Kalkan is a harbour town on the Turkish Mediterranean coast not yet overdeveloped to cater for huge numbers of visitors.
The town is part of the famous Turquoise Coast and within easy reach of well-known historical sites. These include the beach and ruins at Patara – reputed to be the birthplace of St Nicholas – and Kaputas Beach.
Although in the Antalya province, Kalkan is more closely related to Fethiye. It was first established as a fishing port and the only safe harbour between Kaş and Fethiye. White-washed houses descend to the sea, many adorned with brightly-coloured bougainvillea.
The town averages 300 days of sunshine a year. Visitors are mostly those looking for a more relaxed or romantic destination rather than the bright lights of some of the bigger resorts.
