This luxury detached villa in Kiziltas is offered for sale fully-furnished and with stunning views of Kalkan Bay.
Ground floor: The ground floor includes an American-style kitchen with views of the Mediterranean. Appliances include a water dispenser, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, washing machine, a built-in oven, an electric kettle and all the crockery and cutlery.
The dining area seats ten in comfort while the spacious living room is air-conditioned. It also comes complete with modern seating, a satellite receiver and an LCD television with a DVD player. Patio doors open onto the pool area with views over the sea.
There is also a family bathroom and an en-suite single bedroom while the asking price also includes home appliances such as a the vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
First floor: There are three double bedrooms on the first floor, all with en-suite bathrooms – one complete with a whirlpool bath. The master suite also includes an indoor swimming pool measuring 4m x 2m and access to a shared balcony overlooking the front of the villa.
Second floor: There is a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom as well as a separate laundry room. Doors also open onto a large sun terrace with great views over Kalkan Bay.

Kalkan is a harbour town on the Turkish Mediterranean coast not yet overdeveloped to cater for huge numbers of visitors.
The town is part of the famous Turquoise Coast and within easy reach of well-known historical sites. These include the beach and ruins at Patara – reputed to be the birthplace of St Nicholas – and Kaputas Beach, which are both close by.
Although in the Antalya province, Kalkan is more closely related to Fethiye. It was first established as a fishing port and the only safe harbour between Kaş and Fethiye. White-washed houses descend to the sea, many adorned with brightly-coloured bougainvillea.
The town averages 300 days of sunshine a year. Visitors are mostly those looking for a more relaxed or romantic destination rather than the bright lights of some of the bigger resorts.
