There is also a unique waterfall feature from above the pergola which falls into the pool, in addition, mature olive groves and other greenery surround the villa.
The property also has parking space for around 5-6 cars. Additionally, there is Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa. In addition, the villa has an ultra smart concept allowing you to control these features directly from your phone or touchscreen panel on the wall. There is also separate personnel accommodation.
About Kalkan
Kalkan is a harbour town on the Turkish Mediterranean coast not yet overdeveloped to cater for huge numbers of visitors.
The town is part of the famous Turquoise Coast and within easy reach of well-known historical sites. These include the beach and ruins at Patara – reputed to be the birthplace of St Nicholas – and Kaputas Beach, which are both close by.
Although in the Antalya province, Kalkan is more closely related to Fethiye. It was first established as a fishing port and the only safe harbour between Kaş and Fethiye. White-washed houses descend to the sea, many adorned with brightly-coloured bougainvillea.
The town averages 300 days of sunshine a year. Visitors are mostly those looking for a more relaxed or romantic destination rather than the bright lights of some of the bigger resorts.
