We’re delighted to confirm the KHI brand is coming to Scotland!
You may already know us as an award-wining, Edinburgh-based international estate agent. We have a successful track record in Turkey, Portugal, Spain and Greece. However, until now, the focus of our business has been outside of the UK.
But we feel 2022 is the right time to look closer to home. From this month, we hope to be marketing properties for sale and to let, both in our “home” city, The Lothians and throughout the central belt.
After all, there’s a saying in business that, if you want to fail, all you have to do is stand still.
So, although KHI has been fortunate to survive the worst of the pandemic, earlier this year we announced our first significant change.
After a five-year absence, we confirmed we would be returning to the rental market in Turkey. From earlier this year, we have been marketing villas and apartments for short-term and holiday lets.
The second phase of our 2022 development plan is our first venture into the UK market. Although we will continue marketing luxury homes overseas, we couldn’t be more excited about working with buyers and sellers closer to home.
A couple of years ago, property pundits were warning COVID19 was likely to mean a downturn in the UK market. They couldn’t really have been more wrong. In fact, Rightmove has since reported a 19% rise in requests for valuations. Asking prices in Scotland are also outstripping much of the rest of the UK as the supply of homes for sale fails to meet demand.
We’re now a few months into 2022 and there has been nothing to suggest any significant change. Soon, we’ll be ready to offer our experience as well as our personal and bespoke services to vendors in and around Edinburgh. Our Scotland property website will be different and only host Scottish properties.
