KHI confirms a return to rentals
After a five-year absence, we’re delighted to be able to confirm Keyholders International’s return to rentals.
We used to offer short-term lets in Turkey to holidaymakers looking for a few weeks in the sun up until 2017.
However, back then, an upsurge in the sales market stretched our resources to a point where we felt we needed to make a choice over which sector to focus on.
We stuck with sales but our success since then has allowed to expand. In 2022, we feel it’s the right time to return to rentals, hopefully in time for a resurgence in tourism after a bumpy couple of years.
Locations
Our new website is already up and running and advertises properties available for short-term let in Turkey.
Locations we can offer already include Fethiye, Ovacik, Hisaronu, Uzumlu and Gocek. We also have luxury apartments and villas available in Kalkan.
As an award-winning and trusted estate agent in Turkey, we aim to bring the same expertise which has seen us flourish in the sales market to the lettings sector. We hope our clients will welcome a service which allows them to book a relaxing break with confidence.
Property sales
However, that doesn’t mean our focus on sales will dwindle or diminish. Indeed, since 2017, we have expanded our portfolio to take in villas and apartments in Portugal, Spain and Greece. We also have a registered office in Edinburgh in Scotland.
Our teams are also now able to communicate in English, Turkish, Portuguese, Spanish, Arabic and Russian. Don’t forget we also offer a comprehensive aftersales service too. We’re here to help after your move if you need an ear, support services or just a little advice.
After all, relocating to a new country can be a significant challenge. If any of our buyers and sellers need a little help, we’re on hand if necessary.
