This stunning Uzumlu villa is opposite the ancient Roman settlement of Cadianda high in the mountains with breathtaking views. Additionally, the unique sunsets are unparalleled to any of the villas due to the pool terrace’s unique, 180 degree vistas. The terrace gives a wide, uninterrupted landscape panorama of the whole valley from Cadianda across the village below to Mt. Gaynor to the right. Situated at an altitude of over 200ft ASL, the villa sits high above the village mists and, on the odd Autumn/Winter days, above the clouds. In the Summer, the mistral blows a noon, cool breeze through the mountains keeping the air cooler on the very hot days.

EXTERIOR

MAIN ENTRANCE

GARDENS
The gardens are populated with a plethora of plants and shrubs such as Oleander and Roses and Hydrangea and come to life in the Spring / Summer with a burst of colour. The surrounding gardens also have an automated watering system that is hidden among the plants with a complete watering supply back up for the Summer. At night, all gardens are lit by white light in the front pool and gardens and a stunning green in the tropical area, are all controlled by a master remote, allowing mood changes. All the lights can be extinguished with the press of the remote control, providing some best star views and vistas of the constellations and Milky Way! In the front garden is a covered log store. In the tropical garden, the central table boasts a cover for storage and/or the building of a drinks cooler and fridge. Electric ports are based in the North Wall for equipment use. In the roof area there is a solar heating system for hot water and on the lower terrace there is a 500 litre back-up system with pressure pump.
The pool area is laid with marble and surrounded by tropical cactus and Gasteria. The pool features a wide surround with stunning sunset views across the valley. Stone paving at multiple levels lead down to, and accents the pool area with drainage points and features in-garden watering and accent mood lighting.
INTERIOR
Inside, the villa is laid throughout its extensive marble flooring with sumptuous fittings and furnishings in the Kilim style. Wall rugs adorn the gallery under a large, glass block picture window. The villa features a character entrance porch terrace with Hydrangea and potted plants. The hallway entrance inside features an area with cupboard, a guest bathroom and the large lounge features a log fire with thermostat controlled central heating. There is also a dining area, kitchen with views to the sunset terrace facing the pool with an additional, East facing morning balcony in the lounge for breakfasts and cool evenings. The kitchen has a new dishwasher and pressure system fitted with fridge freezer and electric oven and hob and extractor. All fitted cupboards feature easy-up, hydraulic doors.
Upstairs, the galleried landing leads to the 3 master bedrooms with en-suite and master bathrooms. The bedrooms all offer stunning views of the sunset to the south and Cadianda to the east. All three bedrooms have opening balcony doors with a double aspect studio and a guest room featuring a large balcony to sit and watch the incredible sunsets from on high. The double aspect master bedroom features a 40-inch wall smart TV and clothes drawers and has two views over Cadianda, a balcony across Cadianda and sunset balcony views toward Fethiye.
