As stated above, there is a very large garden with this house. Current owners divided this land into two separate ground as one part is for the property and swimming pool, other part for the orchard. This orchard has hundreds of citrus trees such as orange, mandarin and lemons, also over 25 olive trees. it is easy to obtain over 600 litres of the olive oil every year and more than 1,000 kilograms of the citrus fruits. If the prospective buyers wish to build another house into this part of the land it is also permitted. Alternatively, it may be sold as a separate building plot.

Ground Floor

A large entrance with a double door is opening towards the hallway. Both a family bathroom and double bedroom are on the right hand side. Opposite of the bedroom has an office and a utility room. This part of the property is also very exciting. Over 50 square meters large swimming pool is quite secluded. There is an Ottoman Style outside sitting area next to the swimming pool. This is also known as the Kosk in Turkey. If you are a fan of for sunbathing this place has large terrace and very secluded. On the other end of the pool there is a fish pond where the owners feed various kinds of spring water fish. A stone built barbecue and sitting area is also available.

This village used to be a part of Fethiye until 2015 and now it is in the borders of the Seydikemer Council. This place is only 6 kilometers from the Gorge (Saklikent) and 36 kilometers from Fethiye. Seydikemer is about 16 kilometers distance from this property however, you will be able to find various kind of shops in the village. It is situated next to the pine forest with the view of Esen Plains, Akdag Mountains and ancient Lycien City of Tlos. This location is very popular for the early retired Turkish, European and British Citizens.
