Villa types and details

Open Terrace Villas: Each comes with a private swimming pool and sun terrace and with open-plan living spaces with views over the sea. There are three bedrooms – including a master suite offering access to a separate terrace with a whirlpool bath – as well as a separate room designed as staff quarters.

• There are 15 Type A homes remaining, built over three storeys and offering 5,177 sq ft (481 sqm) of living space.

• Just four Type C courtyard villas remain, built over two storeys and offering 6,243 sq ft (580 sqm) of living space.
• There are also four Type D remaining, built over two storeys and offering 5,877 sq ft (546 sqm) of living space.
• There are seven Type E courtyard villas, built over two storeys and offering 6,243 sq ft (580 sqm) of living space.

Linear Villas: Linear villas are located on the summit of the island and therefore offer unparalleled views and privacy. In addition to the courtyard area, each also includes a separate sun terrace as well as five bedrooms and an additional room designed as staff quarters.
