On entering the property you step into the entrance hall which leads into the large open-plan living area. The fully fitted kitchen leads in to the large living room. This is furnished with comfortable rattan furniture and a dining table with chairs to seat six. Double patio doors lead off this room directly out onto the pool terrace. There is also a WC on this floor.

First Floor: On this floor you will find the master bedroom suite. This spacious room takes up most of this floor. It boasts a separate dressing area and its own en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there are two sets of double patio doors that lead out onto the private balcony. This is furnished with comfortable chairs and a coffee table. There are also unobstructed views over the bay from here.

Second Floor: Here you will find a further two bedrooms, a double and a twin. The bedrooms on this level are bright and airy and each has double patio doors leading out onto a shared balcony, once again with spectacular sea views. Each of the bedrooms has a dressing area, and they share a family bathroom.

Exterior

Internal stairs lead up to the top level of the villa which is a fantastic, spacious roof terrace. This terrace is furnished with a sofa, lounge chairs and a coffee table. This is the ideal place to take in the stunning views at sunset.

The villa also has a private swimming pool with infinity edge, surrounded by sunbathing terraces and an outdoor dining area. Tucked down by the side of the villa there is a stone built BBQ excellent for entertaining family and friends. In addition, the villa has a secure garage.

The villa is just a couple of minute’s walk from Kalkan Beach Park- where you can enjoy the use of the on-site restaurant, sunbathing platforms and water sports. A water taxi shuttles back and forth between the beach club and Kalkan throughout the day.

About Kalkan

Kalkan is a harbour town on the Turkish Mediterranean coast not yet  overdeveloped to cater for huge numbers of visitors.

The town is part of the famous Turquoise Coast and within easy reach of well-known historical sites. These include the beach and ruins at Patara – reputed to be the birthplace of St Nicholas – and Kaputas Beach, which are both close by.

Although in the Antalya province, Kalkan is more closely related to Fethiye. It was first established as a fishing port and the only safe harbour between Kaş and Fethiye. White-washed houses descend to the sea, many adorned with brightly-coloured bougainvillea.

The town averages 300 days of sunshine a year. Visitors are mostly those looking for a more relaxed or romantic destination rather than the bright lights of some of the bigger resorts.
